Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the items are in their original condition to avoid processing delays.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
